We offer all customers two years of warranty on Vinci Verona frames and lenses after the date of purchase against manufactures defects. We make sure to replace or repair (if this is an option) frames or lenses covered by this warranty. Please note prescription lenses are not covered by our warranty. We consider any damage caused from improper use, or from normal wear and tear (which includes accidental breakage) not as a manufacturer’s defect. Would you like to report a manufacture defect? Please note Vinci Verona’s 2-year warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or improper use. We offer you to return your Vinci Verona purchase for a refund minus shipping charges within 30 days of your purchase. Please note all returns must be in the original Vinci Verona packaging and in perfect resalable condition.

We highly recommend using dedicated cleaning tools at all times. Note that all Vinci Verona lenses have anti-glare and Blue-light protective coatings which require careful cleaning. Please read about the Vinci Verona cleaning toolset here. If a dedicated toolset is not at your disposal, you may rinse your lenses with warm water and mild soap if needed. Be careful drying your lenses and avoid paper-based towels. Because we like to help you treat your Vinci’s well, we offer a complementary toolset (including anti-fog spray, microfiber cloth and screwdriver) with every eyewear purchase.
